Weekly Tuesday Centering Prayer

An hour in silence with Centering Prayer meditation practice. Centering Prayer is drawn from Ancient prayer practices of the Christian contemplative heritage. It facilitates the movement into receptive prayer resting in God, and fosters a discipline with daily prayer practice. All are welcome.
Jeannette B. Love is a meditator, spiritual director & La Casa staff person.
