A half-day retreat to offer respite from our hectic life, calming the mind, opening the heart and finding peace with ourselves and others. There will be an opportunity for teaching Mindfulness, practicing sitting and walking meditation as well as Metta/Lovingkindness meditation.
This Metta practice will help to quiet the mind, open the heart and find the sacredness of the human spirit in community.
