As General Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of retreat center operations—from guest services, facilities, dining, and financial management to team development, community partnerships, and strategic growth. Working closely with the Board of Directors and key stakeholders, you'll build operational systems, grow a mission-aligned retreat calendar, and cultivate a culture of hospitality that honors La Casa's legacy while positioning it for long-term success.
